Social media has introduced me to so many independent dyers…  It’s simultaneously overwhelming and wonderful! I know it’s not always a great thing, but social media connects us in so many ways that used to be impossible!  Now I can order hand-dyed, gloriously speckled skeins of yarn from a lady in Florida! Casual Fashion Queen is based in that sunny state and is run by Sheena, a native of New Jersey.

Most of what Sheena dyes contains her glorious speckles!  There are some variegated colors that contain more saturated colors than just speckles…..but who can resist the speckles!  And Sheena’s colors, in general, are just so vibrant and beautiful!
