Lazy Cat Yarn

One of my perennial favorites at our local fiber fests is Lazy Cat Yarn.  These lovely people have been at every fiber fest that I can remember and it’s always fun to see what new additions they have to the booth each year!

This is a vendor that I am sad to miss this year, since DFW Fiber Fest is canceled.  It was the right call but, like everything lately, it’s disappointing to miss out on regularly scheduled events.

Lazy Cat offers many bases, which every knitter will appreciate, including…

Colorways

There are some super fun colorways dyed by Lazy Cat.  My favorite so far, which I couldn’t resist at the East Texas Fiber Festival, is Emo Kylo Ren.  I mean, really: it’s just fantastic!

Lazy Cat offers both variegated and solid colored skeins.  The colors are bright and vibrant – truly beautiful!

Availability

If you live in Texas, you can find Lazy Cat at the various fiber festivals around the state.  If the Houston Fiber Fest happens, they will be there. For now, their website is fully stocked due to the cancellation of DFW Fiber Fest.

Ease of Shopping

Lazy Cat Yarn

While I prefer to shop their booth at a fiber fest, the Lazy Cat website is easy to use and browse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping on the website is reasonable and, for a limited time, it’s free if you order $50 or more.

Conclusion

Lazy Cat is a wonderful local dyer from whom I’m always willing to buy.  Be sure to follow them on Instagram to see any updates to the shop or events at which they’re vending.
