Spun Right Round

I have long been an admirer of Spun Right Round Yarn.  Renee, based in Rochester, NY, dyes stunning yarn!  Her variegated colorways are amazing!  She started dyeing in 2009 and her business has grown and grown.  In fact, I’m sure you’ve seen Spun Right Round in your local yarn store.  What a success story!

Renee dyes her yarn on a variety of bases, including…

Classic Sock – Fingering (100% Superwash Merino)

Tough Sock – Fingering (75/25)

Squish DK (100% Superfine Superwash Merino)

Tweed DK (85% Superwash Merino/15% Donegal Nep Superwash Merino)

Chunky Merino (100% Superwash Merino)

Big Bad Bulky (80% Superwash Merino/20% Nylon)

Mohair Silk – Lace (70% Mohair/30% silk)

Availability

There is always something to buy on the Spun Right Round website.  This yarn is also for sale at Simply Sock Yarn (the fingering bases), a favorite online store of mine.  But Renee’s yarn is being stocked by more and more local yarn stores so be sure to check yours!

The Spun Right Round website is super easy to use.  I love the layout of it and the big pictures of the colorways.  So nice!

I recently bought some of her Squish DK and can honestly say that it is heavenly!   I can’t recommend this base enough!
