By now, you’ve seen my Christmas sock obsession as I try to knit socks for this holiday season. When I went searching for yarn to help me along this process, I happened upon a skein of yarn from Zebra Yarns that I had to get. I had heard of Zebra Yarns before but this skein pushed me to finally buy from this dyer. Anna is the dyer behind Zebra Yarns. She lives in Oregon….and her yarns are beautiful!
Let me tell you more…
Zebra Yarns is dyed on one base, a fingering sock base made of 75% Superwash Merino and 25% Nylon. Since this is most people’s preferred base for knitting socks, it’s perfect!
Anna sells her yarn through Etsy and there always seems to be yarn available to buy. Be sure to follow her on Instagram as she posts about shop updates and the colorways she’s dyeing.
There are some lovely Spring colorways listed now….
Ease of Shopping
Zebra Yarns is sold exclusively through Etsy for now. Etsy is always easy to use…and dangerous!
Anna has a lot of skeins listed on Etsy that ship for free. How amazing is that?!
I’m loving how my Zebra Yarn is knitting up. Anna is such a talented dyer! If you’re looking for some amazing striped yarn, definitely check out Anna’s Etsy shop. You will not be disappointed!
